1. Manufacturer Warranty

Manufacturer warranty coverage depends on the brand’s own warranty terms and may vary by product category, model, and parts.

2. Kennedy Electrical Care Warranty

5. Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim, customers should contact us with:

Description of issue
Photos or videos of the problem
Warranty card, if available
We will guide the customer on the next step, which may include branch inspection, supplier inspection, manufacturer service centre claim, or technician arrangement.
6. Repair, Replacement, or Exchange
