Order, Stock & Availability Policy

This policy explains how Kennedy Electrical & Electronic Sdn Bhd handles product availability, stock status, order confirmation, pre-orders, and product substitutions.
1. Product Availability
Product availability shown on our website is updated regularly. However, because we sell through multiple channels including physical stores, online store, marketplace platforms, and direct sales, stock availability may change.
An order is confirmed only after payment is received and stock availability is verified.
2. In-Stock Items
If a product is in stock, we will arrange delivery, collection, or installation based on the customer’s selected option and our schedule.
If the item is located at another branch or warehouse, additional transfer time may be needed.
3. Out-of-Stock Items
If a product becomes unavailable after order placement, we will contact the customer as soon as possible.
Customers may choose:
Wait for restock
Change to another model
Accept a recommended replacement
Cancel the order and receive a refund, where applicable
4. Pre-Order and Special-Order Items
Some products may be marked as pre-order, special-order, supplier-order, or made available upon request.
For these items:
Availability depends on supplier stock
Estimated arrival dates may change
Full or partial payment may be required
Cancellation may not be accepted once the item has been ordered from supplier, unless required by law or agreed by Kennedy Electrical
5. Product Images and Descriptions
Product images are for illustration and reference. Actual product colour, packaging, accessories, or design details may vary slightly depending on model, batch, supplier update, or manufacturer changes.
We try our best to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, prices, and images are accurate. If there is a mistake, we reserve the right to correct it.
6. Pricing Errors
If a product is listed with an incorrect price due to system error, supplier error, or human mistake, Kennedy Electrical reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any payment received.
