Payment Methods Policy

This Payment Methods Policy explains the payment options accepted by Kennedy Electrical & Electronic Sdn Bhd for purchases made through our website, physical stores, and official sales channels.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
Depending on the sales channel and order type, we may accept the following payment methods:

FPX online banking
E-wallet, where available

Cash payment at physical store

Payment methods may vary depending on product type, order amount, promotion, branch, platform, and payment provider availability.
Only payment methods shown during checkout or confirmed by our staff are available for the order.
2. Payment Confirmation
Orders are only processed after payment is successfully received or verified.
For bank transfer payments, customers may be required to provide proof of payment. Orders paid by bank transfer will only be confirmed after the payment has been checked and received in our bank account.
Kennedy Electrical reserves the right to cancel or hold any order if payment cannot be verified.
3. Instalment Plans
Instalment plans may be available for selected products, selected banks, selected payment partners, or selected branches.
Instalment approval is subject to the bank, payment provider, or financing partner. Kennedy Electrical does not guarantee approval.
Customers are responsible for checking:
Monthly repayment amount
Tenure
Processing fee, if any
Interest or zero-interest eligibility
Terms from the bank or payment provider
The final instalment terms are controlled by the payment provider.
4. Pricing and Currency
All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit, RM, unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without prior notice due to supplier cost changes, promotion updates, stock availability, or system updates. The final payable amount will be shown before order confirmation.
If there is a clear pricing error, wrong product price, or system mistake, Kennedy Electrical reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any payment received.
5. Promotions, Discounts, and Vouchers
Promotions, discounts, and vouchers are subject to their own terms and conditions.
Some promotions may:
Apply only to selected products
Apply only during selected dates
Require minimum purchase amount
Not be combined with other promotions
Exclude installation, delivery, warranty upgrade, or accessories
End earlier if stock is sold out

6. Payment Security
Online payments are processed through secure payment channels provided by payment gateway providers or financial institutions.
Kennedy Electrical does not store customers’ full card details on our website.
Customers should ensure that payments are made only through our official website, official store, official payment link, or official bank account.
7. Suspicious or Unauthorised Payments
Kennedy Electrical may hold, cancel, or request verification for orders that appear suspicious, incomplete, unauthorised, or potentially fraudulent.
We may request additional confirmation before processing high-value orders.
